Upon arrival....

Parking is available along Walker Street.  There is also a parking lot at the north end of the church. Handicap spaces are available.


There are two main entrances to the church.  You may enter the church up the steps on Kempf Ct.  Or you may enter at the entrance on Walker Street.  A handicap restoom and elevator are availble at the Walker Street entrance. 


Restrooms are also available in the parish hall.


At each entrance you will be greeted and given a church bulletin which will guide you through our service.


Where to sit?

Feel free to sit wherever you would like.  If you need help, one of the greeters will be happy to assist you.



All children are welome to worship at St. John's.   Activity bags are available in the back of the church.   Your children will be invited to join the Pastor at the front of the church for a children's sermon.  


There is also a staffed nursery available in the parish hall.



Holy Communion is generally given on the first and third Sundays of the month.


The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and its congregrations practice open communion--meaning that Holy Communion is offered to all baptized Christians who have confessed their sins and received absolution.

   Worship generally lasts until 11 am.

   Wear whatever you would like.

   Join us for Fellowship in the parish hall after worship.

   Bibles are located at the ends of the pews.  Hymnals are on the backs of the pews.
